Contributing to a more just, healthy and sustainable world is the purpose of Leadership Design. My expertise is in assisting individuals and organizations working for social change to be highly effective through coaching and facilitation services. I draw upon nearly 15 years of experience working in nonprofits (including roles of manager, board member, fundraiser and consultant), a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, and comprehensive coach training.
