We design and manufacture High Performance sealing solutions and are renowned for our problem solving abilities. Race-Tec manufactures all its High Performance products in-house at its specialist moulding facility based in Hampshire,UK. Due to the demanding nature of the applications we are involved with our products are designed with the aid of MSc Marc non-linear Finite Element analysis package, using the latest computer aided engineering software for 3D design. With our bespoke test rigs we are able to develop and validate designs for both high speed and high pressure applications with full data capture of temperature, torque, speed and pressure.
