R500 develops technologies for People-in-Environment Management (Population Management versus People-in-Organization Management): "Real-time co-thinking and co-acting tools for exceptional behaviors in the environment and opportunity excess value realized by a large majority of all(!) people present inside and around" R500 offers conversation management software and digital applications for "real-time mass relational involvement and accountable forward movement" that consist of two main parts: structured relational conversation (safe prompts for individual and small cluster action and movement) liquid goodwill organization (effective enablement of individual-in-mass actions and movements) During one relational episode (iteration) it is guaranteed that more than 80% of people of an entire present population will assume a responsible role in positive movement around one or more challenges identified by management or by the people during involved conversation: challenges situated in the past (changes or activities recently gone not fully right or plain wrong) challenges situated in the present (signaled instant enhancement opportunities) challenges situated in the future (awaited or aspired change or anticipated threats and opportunities) "R500 shines in the ongoingness of events and activities where there is opportunity to act or a clear threat of not acting, when a lot could simply be done with a big sum of small contributions in combination with a high sense of loyalty to the whole especially when there is not much or no time or desire or feasibility at all for e.g. personal situation analysis, surveys, research, assessments, team meetings, upfront capability profiling and capacity planning.
