The R1 Learning System’s training, tools, and technology solutions provide a comprehensive, modular, and scalable approach for both onsite and virtual programs. The R1 Learning System leverages techniques from evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to engage, educate, and empower individuals to grow their own long-term recovery. The System increases workforce effectiveness by providing practitioners with an approachable and repeatable process to ‘plug-and-play’ evidence-based strategies in core counseling competencies such as those in SAMHSA’s TAP 21.
