The gap we identified in the market relates to how 85% of businesses presently have in-house staff and resources to produce video content, yet our randomized search of 100 high-end residential properties for sale on Zillow yielded only 7 listings with videos. Of those 7 listings with videos, all consisted of rudimentary walk-through videos often with sequential still images as opposed to a walk-through experience. Even more telling, most of the multi-million dollar properties did not have even these basic videos. According to Bold Content, listings with videos receive 403% more inquiries than those without. Our objective therefore is to address this gap through engaging, interactive videos that not only showcase properties, their surrounding amenities, and the neighborhoods they are located in, but also provide virtual purchase guides that connect them with buyers, sellers, mortgage lenders, home insurers, attorneys, financial advisers, and other businesses. In this way, we are not only showcasing real estate properties in their best light but also facilitating a smoother, simpler, and more comprehensive leasing or purchase experience that expedites real estate sales cycles. Our two value propositions are therefore both distinct and intertwined. Clients can choose to have a traditional, professional video produced for their real estate property which will enhance the leasing or purchase of property. In addition, they can also opt for an integrated marketing package that connects prospective tenants or buyers to all relevant, curated professional service providers throughout the process of leasing or buying the property. Put succinctly, we might be described as a virtual Zillow experience embedded within a Home Advisor recommendation service offering for professional service providers along the real estate leasing and sales cycle.
