At questW, our mission and focus are to accelerate the achieving of diversity, equity and inclusion in leadership teams worldwide. We believe this deserves the urgent attention of every individual and institution that is in a position to influence. It's possible! And for all of us at questW, it's personal! We seek to catalyze this transition through three specific means: 1) Connect highly capable leaders at all levels with advancement opportunities at institutions serious about changing the status quo to a more diverse and a more inclusive workforce 2) Inspire a generation of men and women, teams and organizations to champion the cause of diversity and inclusion through the stories of those who achieved the once unthinkable 3)Advance new and ongoing initiatives at various public, private and non-profit institutions by integrating actionable insight with a practical results-oriented implementation approach
