QSetc was founded by one of the “World's most visionary Surveyors” (Modus Magazine/Sept 2012), Mark Stevens FRICS, who has over 26 years' of post-qualification experience, across a range of sectors within the construction industry. Mark has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the cost management of construction projects at all stages and has built long-lasting relationships with his clients over the years, who return time and again to utilise his skills and knowledge. Mark works proactively with his clients and industry partners to ascertain the best value solution for each project, which is integral to the success of any development. His honest, conscientious and ‘hands-on’ approach is appreciated by all of the project team, and ensures the most cost-effective solutions for project delivery are considered at every stage, without removing the design intent.
