Overview

QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group, focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels nationally. We bring our operational acumen to the table, developing and managing restaurants tailored to the hotel, the region and the demands of the market. These are not cookie cutter concepts, but true restaurants born of the region and based on our history. The brainchild of Emery Whalen, our CEO and Forbes “30 Under 30” member, and Brian Landry, the celebrated chef and conservationist, our company currently runs nine food and beverage outlets across New Orleans and Nashville. In New Orleans, we operate Jack Rose restaurant, the Bayou Bar, Hot Tin rooftop bar, Silver Whistle Café, and The Parlor — all within the Pontchartrain Hotel. In Nashville, we manage the food and beverage outlets in the Thompson Hotel: Marsh House restaurant, L.A. Jackson rooftop bar, Killebrew coffee shop, and the event space of the hotel.
