PWI Insurance Services (Agency) Ltd. was incorporated in September of 1979. We are located in Waterloo, Ontario and have clients in all provinces and territories. We are Employee Benefit Consultants and Third Party Administrators. The employee benefit field encompasses both group insurance plans and retirement plans. As Consultants and Administrators, we: » design employee benefit plans » market the plans to the insurance industry » recommend funding arrangements (retention, ASO, prospectively-rated, etc.) » bind coverage with the selected insurance company(ies) » conduct employee information seminars, where appropriate » handle the entire administration of the plans from the issuance of employee certificates to processing claims » negotiate renewals (on behalf of our clients) with the insurance company(ies) » market the plans, when required We maintain all employee and employer records on our secure computer network. We are our clients' sole contact for their employee benefit needs. Toll-free telephone lines across the country, as well as bilingual staff, are available to all of our clients. We handle the employee benefit needs of 100s of companies, large and small, from coast to coast. We have a 24-hour-a-day voice mail, email, and a website presence with current legislative, and other information regarding employee benefits. We are 'on-line' with several insurance companies for claims queries.
