Puebla is a contemporary Mexican restaurant created by Chef Joe Chapa and Restaurateur Tony Alfonso. Our experience and love of high-quality Mexican fare inspired us to open our own tribute to modern Mexican cuisine and we are excited to share it with the community we love. We’ve created a unique menu and a trendy atmosphere, and then made it great by accentuating it with genuine Mexican generosity and indulgence.
