The flats in our portfolio that are for sale include flats in their current condition, completely reconstructed flats and also flats with revenue, which are rented over the long term and are suitable for safekeeping and the appreciation of your funds. These are primarily situated in extensively reconstructed buildings. There is a total of more than 45,000 m2 of flat space. Each year we sell more than 300 of our flats. In terms of leasing we have more than 50,000 m2 of residential space and more than 270,000 m2 of non-residential space. The non-residential space is predominantly office, production and warehouse space. We own one of the largest warehouse/production complexes in Prague, with an area on the order of 100,000 m2 of warehouses and production space and 20,000 m2 of offices, in the immediate vicinity of the Zličín metro station.
