My earliest memories are as a kid in the jungles of Papua New Guinea - the air was thick with smoke from housefires and the rainforest fog. I grew up in a world that was tangible, analog - physical. If you wanted to build something or do something, the only barrier was your choice. I grew up alongside natives and identified as part of their tribe - we lived primal, simple lives that started and ended with the sun. Today we live in digital jungles in virtual worlds. We are faced with an onslaught of intangible, meta bytes of digital noise. We struggle to connect on deeper levels and we live with a digital sun that has no sunset - we are contantly awash in its LED glow. This environment disconnects and fragments our focus. I observe that we are losing our connections with things that are meaningful to us. Provide is on a mission to create meaning through shared connection in the workplace. Our focus is work because it is where we spend the majority of our waking hours. It's also the place where we need to feel valued and have meaning - to find our place among colleagues, managers, and business owners. Our tools/software are digital, but we aim to use that tech to enable analog, face to face connection, and simplify as much of the hiring process as possible.
