PROTEKTOR S.A. The Group has its own laboratories and design departments and cooperates with external designers, thanks to which it regularly implements new technologies and releases new products. HISTORY of the plant dates back to 1944, when as the Footwear Factory, we produced shoes for the army. In 1959, the Marian Buczek's factory has been connected to the Lubelskie Zakłady Garbarskie, which began the Lubelskie Zakłady Przemysłu Skórzanego - the foundation for today's PROTEKTOR S.A. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1998. In 2016 the company moved the production plant and headquarters to the Mielec Special Economic Zone, starting activity in the Lublin’s industrial district of Felin.
