Overview

The Property Owners Association was founded more than fifty years ago for the purpose of joining together owners of multi-family real estate and other interested persons for their mutual benefit. The POA conducts general membership meetings; publishes a magazine NEWS & VIEWS ten times a year, shares the most up-to-date forms, documents and research materials that comply with governmental rules & regulations; develops new forms and techniques to make property management easier; and involves itself in local and state issues for the benefit of the industry.
