To top it all off Sparrow Coffee Co and their amazing baristas offer a little sanctuary inside Elevation to pause and enjoy post-workout coffee. Open to the public from 5am - midday Monday to Saturday they offer a little haven for anyone wanting good coffee! For anyone who values a beautiful community and likes a personalised non-crowded gym we have various membership options and a 2 week trial to check things out.
