Project Reboot is a guided digital detox program designed to help teens reset their tech habits. The program started as a semester-length course at UC Berkeley, where it helped 110 students reduce their screen time by an average of 3.5 hours per day. Today, Project Reboot is primarily run in middle & high schools via an assembly and a one-week digital detox challenge with in-class activities. Project Reboot is also facilitated via 1:1 zoom consulting sessions.
