Project Mercury is a community-of-practice dedicated to creating a cadre of innovation leaders, ready to tackle wicked problems and crisis situations with the tools and mindset that will win. Our cohorts and workshops connect small, intentionally diverse teams with a PhD-led curriculum, military mentor coaches, and an esteemed array of industry advisors. Our graduates leave with the tools to thrive in complex environments where adaptability, experimentation, and internal drive make them change agents. With hundreds of Airmen, Guardians, civilian and allied partners now part of our alumni community, each successive cohort has a growing board of advisors at their disposal as they seek to accelerate change in their own organizations.
