Project Inspire Teacher Residency is a 14-month clinical teacher prep program that trains any and all majors to become effective, empowered, impactful teachers for the highest-need schools in Hamilton County. Residents in the program earn a Master's degree and teaching licensure. During the residency year, they work with Clinical Instructors (mentor teachers) in a high-need school and receive instruction and program support from the Project Inspire team so that they are ready to be effective on day 1. Project Inspire is a program under the Public Education Foundation and of AmeriCorps.
