Since 2012, we manufacture components and devices primarily intended for B2B customers in the medical, hydraulic and other industries requiring high quality and repeatability. We specialize in milling, turning and grinding. We also provide assembly services, in particular from our products. Typical order characteristics: •dimensions up to approx. 500 mm for milling and 200 mm for turning •quantity in the order of approx. 1-5000 pieces •3-5 axis milling and turning •CAD/CAM Materials: •stainless steel, aluminum and copper alloys, technical plastics, titanium We attach great importance to the entire process from ordering through production to delivery to the customer. We provide precision of performance for every element made, and we achieve it ensuring repeatability of the production process. We set high requirements for the repeatability of the process and its documentation, also based on the quality assurance system. Our quality assurance system has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate. Quality is not only processes but also technological possibilities. In the production process we use modern automatic 3D measuring devices from Mitutoyo - CRYSTA-Apex V544 and measuring systems built into our CNC lathes and milling machines.
