For almost 20 years, the company, founded by Prof. Camille-Georges Wermuth, has provided medicinal chemistry services and screening libraries to accelerate small molecules drug discovery. Prestwick has a large portfolio of smart Libraries designed to ensure maximal chemical diversity, possibly to access new IP while remaining within reach of both low and high throughput screening processes. They are constantly updated and improved. Our clients have reported high quality hit generation rate. The Prestwick Chemical Library®, a unique collection of 1520 small molecules (95% of approved off-patent drugs) is our flagship and is mentioned in 400+ publications worldwide. New innovative collections continuously feed our portfolio: Our Prestwick Drug-Fragment library has been designed to optimize the chance of success in Hit finding using Fragment-based Drug Discovery. Prestwick Chemical became a brand of Greenpharma in 2021.
