Portico Investments, LLC ("Portico") is a privately held real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning residential real estate in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, with an emphasis on providing opportunities to veterans and other families in need of second chance housing. Portico invests in single and multi-unit properties, and through established relationships with organizations committed to serving these communities, is able to generate consistent rental income by leasing the properties in conjunction with programs established to provide stable housing. This approach not only establishes a steady pool of tenants for our properties, but also allows us to help provide a critical element in facilitating access to supportive services including healthcare, career development, community integration and other fundamental needs.
