Overview
The Port of Everett is a natural deep-water port located 25 miles north of Seattle on the Puget Sound. The Port strives to bring jobs, business and tourism to its local and surrounding communities. Along with the other state ports, the Port of Everett is committed to efficiently moving goods into and throughout Washington state and the world. The Port of Everett operations three lines of business: Seaport, Marina, Real Estate SEAPORT The Port’s international shipping terminals operate eight shipping berths on approximately 100 acres of land. The Port of Everett Seaport specializes in overdimensional, high and heavy cargoes. The Seaport is a vital link for the aerospace industry, handling all of the oversized parts for the 747, 767 and 777(X) airplane production lines. MARINA The Port of Everett operates the largest public marina on the West Coast with more than 2,300 recreational boating slips and a 13-lane boat launch facility. REAL ESTATE The Port owns 3,000 acres of waterfront property, including Jetty Island. The Port is working to restore economic prosperity to the waterfront, including its current $360 million mixed-use development project known as Waterfront Place. Port properties provide numerous public access and recreational opportunities for residents and visitors to enjoy.
