Pointelligence delivers profitable insight derived from location information. This is known as 'location intelligence'. Location intelligence makes use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and relational database technology to efficiently manage and analyze data that contains a location component. Things like customers, stores, partners, competitors, suppliers, markets, trade areas, are all examples of information that can be linked to geography. The starting point is usually an address.
