New injection mold tooling; We can provide Part CAD design or part feasibility for suitability for IMT depending of the customers situation, MFA scrutiny over two separate stages coupled with mold tool construction feasibility. Tool construction with timing plans ensuring goals are achieved with the aim to hit milestones before the deadline. Tool trials are orchestrated in such a way all aspects of the process including process optimisation. Tool delivery and final optimisation at the customers to give the full turn key service. Tool repairs: We understand that when a tool goes down, this can create huge pressures to get the tool up and running to achieve delivery deadlines. We will start whatever time or day to ensure you are back up and running as fast as possible. Additive manufacturing: We can also provide 3D printed models with a selection of materials and colours depending on the intended application. Products from billet: We utilise our CAD CAM abilities to produce one off - small batch products for customers. the design phase is completed working closely with the customer. Once the design signed off we start on the CAM to give an accurate time for manufacture. No guessing the cost of the product it is clear for both parties with cost breakdown supplied as standard.
