P&M Advocacia e Consultoria: Direito Ambiental, Agrário e Imobiliário is composed of lawyers, consultants and collaborators from several other areas related to the company's portfolio, with the objective of seeking sustainable development and providing legal certainty, reducing risks caused by carelessness with legal issues. The P&M team works strongly in agribusiness, with a diversified clientele between the stages of the production chains of various activities, companies and rural entrepreneurs, individual and legal producers. We start from the idea that rural properties are not just farms, they are companies and, to reduce risks, we suggest legal monitoring from the purchase and sale, checking documents, regulatory, environmental, land, tax, contractual and area studies, knowing all legislation in a prior and managerial manner. We also start from the premise that environmental, agrarian and real estate problems must be solved in the shortest time and with the greatest possible efficiency, avoiding wear and tear with the judicialization of problems and the legal uncertainty of procedural situations. The office already monitors processes in 13 states and more than 50 municipalities in the national territory, in addition to foreign clients in 04 countries. The virtual service makes contact with the customer and the return of requests more agile, the management is modern and strategic, with management tools, reports and customized systems. The tradition in the legal field is highlighted, contemplating partners with years of experience, combined with the innovation of a younger, specialized and qualified team, based in the capital of Mato Grosso do Sul, with two offices in the state and correspondents in other states, guaranteeing performance.
