The University of Pittsburgh’s McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine, Center for Preclinical Studies (CPCS) is a full-service research support and study management program providing a platform supporting well-documented, well-controlled studies, ranging from basic exploratory to preclinical testing of novel therapies and medical devices. The building is also equipped with large conference rooms onsite and can accommodate training sessions for hospital staff, whether it be for routine training or an ongoing clinical trial. The CPCS has supported a variety of studies over the years including, but not limited to, medical devices, organ transplantation, tissue engineering, and stem cell therapeutics.
