Pishro Gostar Fars (PGF) is a private enterprise engaged in motorcycle production and sales. The company’s head office is located in Tehran, and it owns manufacturing plants in Ardestan (Isfahan Province), as well as Sarvestan (Fars Province). PGF has undergone a rapid growth in production range and variety, technology and machinery, quality and quantity of products, sales statistics and network, and after-sales services. The company started its activity by production/assembling of a Russian IZH motorcycle in 1997. Later with the departure of Japanese motorcycle companies from Iranian motorcycle market, the required groundwork for activity of Chinese and Taiwanese companies in Iran was provided. PGF exploited this opportunity and with the approach of producing high-quality motorcycles started cooperation with some reputable Chinese companies in this field such as Haojin, Yinxiang, Qingqi, Shineary, Loncin, etc. Just in less than 8 years, PGF had succeeded in becoming one of the most successful motorcycle manufacturing companies in Iran Producing a wide range of motorcycles from 50cc to 250cc bikes under different brand names such as Pishro, Tiztak, Pouya, Pirooz, Kabiran, Safar, etc. Focusing on good quality, low fuel consumption, environmentally friendly and durable motorcycles, PGF received the New York international award in 2002. After achieving this remarkable position in Iranian motorcycle production and sales, PGF was appointed as the exclusive distributor of Indian Bajaj Auto Limited (BAL) in Iran in 2006. BAL-PGF cooperation lead to production of many popular motorcycle brands such as Pulse (Pulsar) 180 RHI, Pulse (Pulsar) 180 UG4, Pulse (Pulsar) 200, Pulse (Pulsar) 220, Pulse (Pulsar) 135 LS, Avenger 220, Platina 125, XCD 125, XCD 135, Boxer 125, BM Boxer 150, Pulse (Pulsar) 200 NS, Pulse (Pulsar) 200 AS, Pulse (Pulsar) 150 NS, Pulse (Pulsar) 150 AS, Pulse (Pulsar) 160 NS FI, Pulse (Pulsar) 200 NS FI, Pulse (Pulsar) 200 RS FI, etc.
