Overview

Pilates At Your Desk (PAYD) is about moving more while you work to free yourself of aches and pains, and tense body parts! There's no disputing it, our bodies hate being held in relatively fixed positions for hours on end. We need movement and we need movement that is frequent and varied! Enter Kerrie-Anne and the PAYD team! We offer online and inperson workshops, postural clinics and book talks. We teach you and your staff a set of simple exercises while seated or standing, provide technical expertise to ensure the exercises are performed correctly, and provide solutions to any individual movement issues. We offer standalone workshops for wellbeing initiatives, repeat workshops for company induction programmes, a series of progressive workshops through our PAYD and PAYD Extra programmes, and lunchtime classes using our PAYD Weekly programme. With this toolkit of simple yet effective movement, work-related postural issues will be a thing of the past, staff morale will increase, and productivity will improve.
