Overview

pHResh is a free-to-join network for PhDs in the fields of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, with its roots in The Netherlands and Belgium. Since 2010, we expanded our scope and now PhD students all over Europe are more than welcome to join our network. Unique in its kind, this network unites PhDs in the field of HRM and OB to support their well-being, career experiences and opportunities. pHResh hosts PhD consortia during the biannual Dutch HRM Network and European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) conferences. Additionally, informal networking sessions and activities create a unique platform for PhDs to orient themselves on various career-development paths, boost their network, and start new collaborations.
