Phoenix Tribology Ltd is the current incarnation of a business with origins stretching back to the earliest days of tribology, with Cameron Plint Tribology and Plint and Partners amongst its antecedents. The company has more than sixty instruments and test machines in its product portfolio, covering a wide range of tribological mechanisms including friction, wear, rolling contact fatigue, fretting, abrasion, erosion, boundary, mixed and hydrodynamic lubrication, plus environments including ultra high vacuum, high pressure liquids and gases, and extreme temperatures.
