Perch is a new type of co-living community focused on middle-income women seeking affordable living, community and easier access to health support services. We believe that an affordable home environment combining a friendly community feeling with easier access to health support services will lead to improved quality of life and healthier living. Today, however, many Americans are in danger of missing out on this basic necessity. Perch was created for these people. Perch: Home is health, community is life.
