Overview

The Quantum Engineering Graduate Association (<QEGA>) is a graduate student organization at the University of Pennsylvania that aims to bring together the quantum science and engineering community across multiple fields to foster cross-disciplinary collaborations across schools, initiate connections with industry and government players, and train the next-generation of practitioners in this field. As the fields of quantum science and engineering rapidly evolve and change our society, innovations from all engineering disciplines, chemistry, physics, and policy will need to be made to accelerate the discovery-to-commercialization pipeline. <QEGA> offers the following programs to facilitate our goals: Coffee chats and networking sessions across the Penn community to enable interdisciplinary collaborations and connections Seminars that bring world-leading experts in quantum science, engineering, and policy to Penn Networking/career development programming with industry and government partners Quantum outreach/education programs within the Greater Philadelphia Area.
