Launched in 2021 Pembury Real Estate is a privately owned real estate investment and development company specialising in the UK industrial and logistics sector. Using our own capital, we acquire value-add investments and land for development. Using our own capital or in partnership with others, we acquire sites for logistics and industrial developments nationwide then work with external funding partners to deliver the construction phase on a speculative or build-to-suit basis.
