Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) is the leading medical school in the People's Republic of China. Founded in 1917, it was the first medical school in China to offer clinical medicine program with a doctorate degree in Medicine (MD). Peking Union Medical College is currently affiliated with Tsinghua University.
