I coach teams/employees, families and individuals in Human Dynamics which leads to better leadership and collaboration skill sets. This approach often leads to happier and more successful and productive lives...and faster than they expected. My Human Dynamics Method is a proven approach that naturally teaches & inspires higher levels of happiness & also improves relationships, collaboration & leadership skill sets. I'm originally from the East Coast so my pace is a little faster & sassier than the usual therapist. I help make significant transformations interesting & seem easy. Every session brings positive progress and notable differences in your approach & the impact you make on others every day. I am a turnaround specialist. I've led three tiny companies into being multi-million dollar market-leaders through transformational leadership strategies. I combine my expertise as a CEO, wife, mom & caregiver with real-life successes & case studies I gleaned from my Master's in Human Dynamics (4.0). It works! Our sessions can happen sitting in my office, your home or office, over the phone or video chat. We can even mix it up and work in walks or hikes outside during sessions. My Personal Beliefs and Interests Being AMAZING and living an AMAZING life takes conscious effort. We are born who we are at the core and all have specific reasons for being here and how and why we should be impacting. Then, we have life experiences that can fuel or derail us. It's a matter of clarifying a few things about life, then clarifying goals, then connecting these things with your best choice of purpose...and building new habits and collaboration skill sets.
