There are often interrelated and complex constraints involved in our hillside site development and commercial site development projects. We are able to control and guide the design where we are the lead designers, and we provide valuable advice and assistance on projects where we are consultants to others. Our ability to work with clients, contractors, and plan check and agency representatives is very strong. We are known for our ability to reach consensus and provide results during the permitting and entitlement process. Founded in 1999 and incorporated in 2006, we have developed a broad customer base, including developers, utilities such as Southern California Edison, Sempra, and the Metropolitan Transit Authority, Banks, Non-Profits, Local Cities, and many individual property owners.
