Passwerk is an IT service provision company with offices in Berchem, Brussels, Hasselt, and Roeselare. Since 2008, we have built up expertise in the following areas: • Functional software testing and test automation; • Data-related quality assurance (Support Processes); • Software development (High Code and Low Code); • Business Intelligence (e.g. Power BI). • Security Operations Center Passwerk relies entirely on consultants with an autism diagnosis who have a normal to high level of ability. A specialised job coach provides every Passwerk consultant with support that is tailored to their needs for the entire length of their career. This unique combination of competence management and customisation leads to performances that are stronger than the market standard. Passwerk is still actively growing. As a result, Passwerk also meets its objective of activating as many people with autism as possible within the regular employment circuit on the basis of their outstanding talents.
