Overview

Since 1976 Parma Alimentare’s main goal has been to promote the agri-food products of its territory all over the world. Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, typical Charcuterie such as the Culatello, Salame Felino, Coppa Parma; Tomato Sauce, Fish and vegetable preserves, High Quality pasta in addition to the filled dough hand made pasta, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the wines of Colli di Parma: these are the main protagonists of our Food Valley. Our main activities: 1. market research including research of food importers, central purchasing groups, wholesaler, food service retailers etc. 2. promotion of « Parma days » which focuses on promoting local food and tourism abroad. 3. organizing conferences, meetings and incentive events in the food sector. 4. organizing stands at international fairs. 5. arranging events for the food companies thanks to the expertise at every level of the event chain (such as design, drafting of specifications, overall coordination etc).
