Our structure eliminates the lengthy capital commitments, high investment minimums, accreditation requirements, and K-1 (or multiple K-1s) that typically come with qualified opportunity fund investments. Park View OZ REIT will stay OZ compliant so our investors can keep the benefits rolling until they sell or 2047 when the benefits expire.
