(PPLCI), formerly known as Catalyst Microfinance Investors (CMI) Philippines, Inc. was established by ASA International- a world famous organization in Microfinance Industry, on June 2007 and regulated by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Lending Company Act. PAGASA Philippines Lending Company, Inc. seeks to pursue its mission to provide micro-credit services to low-income or economically poor Filipinos through its microfinance program, which is a provision of affordable credit and replicating the very well known “ASA Methodology”.
