Our owner Franco Pagano, PE is a licensed structural and civil engineer in several states and brings his unique skills to identify potential hurdles and solve unexpected problems as they arise to every project. Pagano Builders is the one true builder that homeowners and leading architects have come to rely on for exquisite attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of master home-building.
