Overview

Our mission is to contribute to the elimination of food waste and to make the agri-food industrial chain circular, valorising by-products, now often unused, to obtain new raw materials and offer quality, healthy and sustainable food on the market. Thanks to our innovative model, by 2025 we will be able to recover 15.000 tons of by-products per year. Our Plant of the Future wants to be an example for the agri-food sector, to motivate Italian and European agri-food companies to adopt circular productive models, utilizing natural resources in the most efficient way, and decreasing the exploitation of dedicated cultivations and the dependence on extra-European markets for the creation of new raw materials. Our Circular Flours are 100% plant-based, therefore suitable for a vegan diet. They are not just very tasty, they also keep intact all the flavours and bioactive compounds of the original raw materials, without adding additives, colourants or preservatives. They are obtained through an innovative and circular cold-drying process, optimised to guarantee the utmost quality and sustainability, to benefit the environment and future generations.
