OysterReef Coaching guides high-performing college students and recent graduates seeking or starting their professional career to be confident, prepared and ready to demonstrate the skills today's employers really need, to secure and thrive in a career they love. We work with young people 1:1 and in small group settings, virtually or in-person, using real-life professional scenarios with our PRACTICE Method so they can get that desired job offer and succeed in their internships and first professional roles.
