OXY Ventures Private Limited is a Sri Lankan registered entity of Construction Professionals serving both Contractors and Lead Consultants providing online services in the global platform. OXY Ventures offers innovative and cooperative client-oriented services based on the philosophies, techniques and ethics that reinforce required Global standards. OXY Ventures Private Limited is led by two Sri Lankans; Suse Hewage a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and Nilantha de Silva a Quantity Surveyor, BSc(Hons)QS. Both have over 18 years of construction experience in Sri Lanka, Qatar and Saudi Arabia and can bring a depth and breadth of knowledge construction projects in Global. OXY Ventures Private Limited offers a team of qualified, well trained and experienced Construction professionals who are committed to delivering a precise driven service for our clients. Our technical team are mostly qualified to degree level and in most cases; the senior staff is also Members of many professional institutions like CIOB, RICS, ACostE, IIESL, IQSSL, AIQS, IESL,ECSL, QSI, RIBA and SLIA. This allows us to offer the uppermost standard of staff to our clients. Interior Design The starting point of any design concept is to fulfil and recognising the requirement of the end user and the consumer. The main objective is the creation of interiors that are both functional and stylish, while proposing a feel of place and accompanying a creation’s exterior appearance. Our design solution is creative, environmentally progressive and fulfilling the client’s mission in a unique way. At Oxy Ventures our designers do more than elegant spaces. Architecture Design Our wide-ranged architectural services include conceptual and schematic design and design development with reflect to the client’s requirements.
