The Outliers Institute aims to help Africa's over 50 million unemployed youth start and grow SME businesses while positioning them for funding. Through our open-source online learning platform, entrepreneurs in different industries can transfer their skills by selling online self-paced courses and mentorship sessions. Our company would then be incentivizing trained students to formalize their businesses and position those formal businesses for funding. Our goal is to increase the number of businesses and jobs in Africa, while facilitating the trade of digital products and skills in Africa, and informing Africa of market, labor and policy development opportunities available.
