Through a series of virtual coffee chats, coaching sessions, and shadowing experiences, Oteo helps you meet people, get inspired, prototype your future, and embark on a career journey that is aligned with who you are and with your own definition of success. Oteo is designed for people of all ages thirsty of ideas about how to employ their talent in the world. We specially have in mind university students who are about to launch their professional careers, but it is also very useful for those wanting to change gears and not knowing where to start. No matter where you are in your career, you are welcome. For now, Oteo operates in Spain but works with professionals from all over the world who share the motivation to inspire talent, expand people's horizons and catalyze a world with greater purpose, fulfillment and impact.
