Established on September 22nd, 1989, OSA Računarski inženjering is one of the leaders on the regional IT market, with more than 40 employees and a reputation of leading experts in DMS, GIS, CAD and printing systems. From the outset, OSA has focused on the development of software solutions and professional computer graphics systems for document creation and management. It is the official Value Added Distributor of Autodesk software for the Adriatic region (Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania) for more than 25 years and a member of the Autodesk Development Network. OSA is an official partner of Canon and official distributor for Océ, KERN and Hunkeler equipment and systems. Through our partner network, we market Océ products (copiers, plotters, scanners and wide format multifunction devices and high speed variable production printers) in Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have designed and installed, provided service support for some of the largest printing centres in the region: Serbian Telecom, Serbian Tax Authority, Infostan, Montenegrin and, Macedonian Postal Service and Croatian Postal Service in Mostar. To make sure that the equipment is functioning properly, OSA has been the sole authorised service provider in Serbia for digital printing systems manufactured by Océ and Canon - ensuring stable operation with maximum efficiency. OSA is one of the pioneers of Document Management Systems (DMS) in the region. In the mid 1990s, OSA developed UniDocs - a proprietary Document and Workflow Management Software solution. The system is constantly optimised and improved based on customer demands, new technologies and IT trends. As a result OSA has developed a family of modules that together comprise our UniDocs Business Box software - a unified Business Management system combining ERP and DMS functionality. UniDocs is marketed through national and international network of partners.
