Overview

Ortoconserviera Cameranese is an agrifood company that has been producing, preserving and selling products in oil for three generations. Grounding on its longstanding passion and experience, Ortoconserviera Cameranese preserves and passes on typical recipes and flavours of Marche region. The Giacchetti family started trading agricultural products since the late 1930s. Green and black olives were their most important product: they were packed and sold especially in the countryside around Ancona. The company underwent evolution in 1984, when Maurizio Giacchetti renewed the whole process of production and transformation of agricultural products in order to preserve the delicious fruits of Marche’s earth (tomatoes, artichokes, and naturally olives) with a modern “in oil technique”. In such a way it was finally possible to satisfy consumers’ needs anytime, selling every variety of vegetables even out season. Orto Conserviera Cameranese established itself at national level for the quality of its products, and it has maintained its high standards to date. The company continues nowadays to pass on recipes and flavours purely connected to Marche Region, where traditional farming knowledge can be tasted in any genuine and healthy fruit of the earth. The various production lines of Cameranese Ortoconserviera are introduced in Italy through various distribution channels (organized mass distribution and HORECA) in the sectors of gastronomy, canned goods, fruit and vegetables. Thanks to the positive response of the Italian market, the company has decided to expand its market presence abroad, with particular attention to Europe, America and the Far East. This new strategy stems from a growing demand of products reflecting the combination of quality, innovation and retention of cultural traditions.
