OR is a sustainable eating business changing the way we eat. We incorporate cricket flour (Acheta Domesticus) in every-day foods, such as brownies, falafel and burgers. Crickets are a very high source of protein and a much more sustainable protein alternative to meat and fish. We are here to tackle the 'ick' factor that comes with eating insects and want to make them irresistibly delicious to consumers in the UK. We are a very young start-up in the pre-launch stage.
