OrangeShark is a new generation talent marketplace with an aim to make the hiring ecosystem easier, shorter and seamless. Our platform matches companies, job seekers, and bounty hunters (freelance recruiters). Companies list their profiles on our platform and bounty hunters work on fulfilling this from their network of high caliber talent. Bounty is paid only when the hire joins the company. With OrangeShark, and its huge pool of talent specialists, companies will no longer have the need for an in-house hiring team.
